Digital Product Warranty Policy
How SubPlaza's commercial warranty period protects eligible digital-product orders.
1. Warranty period overview
The warranty period is the after-sales support period displayed for an eligible product or SKU. During this period, you may submit reasonable evidence and request assistance if the delivered product cannot be used as described.
The number of warranty days shown on the product detail page applies to that SKU. A longer service duration does not automatically extend the displayed warranty period. The commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights.
2. What the warranty covers
- The account, code, invitation, subscription, or other access method cannot be activated or used normally.
- The delivered product, service, region, or essential functionality materially differs from its description.
- Access is withdrawn or the account is reclaimed because of the seller or a condition that existed before delivery.
- The buyer is unexpectedly removed from an included family group or loses promised access.
- A seller-side change to credentials, two-factor authentication, or access settings makes the product unusable.
- Another seller-caused issue prevents the order from being fulfilled as promised.
3. What the warranty does not cover
- Problems caused by violating the service provider's rules, using cheats or unauthorized software, or other buyer conduct.
- Failure to follow the seller's disclosed usage, device, region, network, or concurrency instructions.
- Unauthorized changes to a password, recovery email, security setting, family group, or other critical information.
- Reselling, renting, transferring, or sharing an account beyond the permitted number of users.
- Loss of access because the buyer forgot a password they changed or supplied incorrect recipient information.
- Device, browser, network, compatibility, or provider-wide issues not caused by the seller or SubPlaza.
- Requests first submitted after the displayed warranty period has expired, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
4. How to request warranty support
Open the relevant order or contact support@subplaza.com as soon as you discover the problem. Include the order ID, when the issue began, the steps already attempted, and clear screenshots, screen recordings, or error messages where relevant. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or unrelated sensitive information.
Keep the delivered information unchanged while the case is reviewed. We may ask for reasonable additional evidence or technical checks and may verify the issue with the seller or underlying service provider.
5. Available solutions
Depending on the issue, we may offer troubleshooting, restoration, replacement, re-delivery, or an appropriate extension. You may also request a refund. Eligibility and amount are assessed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Where part of the promised service has already been used, a voluntary refund may be calculated against the unused service period. A full refund remains available where required by law.
6. Support after the warranty period
After the displayed commercial warranty period ends, contact SubPlaza support and we will make reasonable efforts to investigate or help communicate with the relevant provider. Assistance after expiry does not guarantee replacement, extension, or refund and does not limit any statutory rights that continue to apply.
7. Relationship with other policies
This Policy should be read with the product page, Terms and Conditions, and Refund Policy. Product-specific disclosures control the warranty duration and permitted use for that product. If this Policy conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law applies.
