How to buy

Choose a product
Compare the plan, duration, region, account requirements and delivery method on the product page. Availability and price are shown in the current catalog.
Review and pay
Select an available option, check the order details and use a payment method offered at checkout. Submit only the information requested in the order form.
Follow your order
After payment, open your order to check payment and fulfillment status. If payment is pending, check the existing order before paying again.

Invitation or activation
Some subscriptions use an invitation or activation instructions. Follow the instructions in your order and check that the account and region match.
Account or game recharge
Provide the requested account or player information accurately. Check the server and region before submission. Delivery times depend on the product and fulfillment status.
Digital codes and account access
If the product delivers a code or account details, retrieve them through your order. Follow the stated redemption or sign-in instructions and keep access details private.

Check the order
Review delivery details and the product’s conditions. For an access issue, record the error and when it occurred; do not share passwords or complete codes in screenshots.
Request help
Contact support with your order number and relevant details. Any request for additional fulfillment information should be handled through the order flow.
Resolution and refunds
A correction, replacement or refund depends on the issue, delivery status and applicable policy. A completed top-up or redeemed code may not be reversible. Read the refund policy before ordering.
